Long Term Vision

Your fitness journey is a marathon, not a sprint. It takes time to create new habits and change your lifestyle, but it also takes time to see results.

So what's the best way to make sure you stay on track for the long haul? Create a vision!

Think about what success will look like for you—what will you look like when you've hit your stride? How many hours each night will you sleep? What foods will you eat to support your muscles and aid your fat loss? Who will you spend your time with? The clearer your vision, the steadier your path, and the more likely your chance to succeed.

Creating a long-term vision is the first step to winning the fitness long game.  It's not just about getting in shape for the summer. It's about making a commitment to your health that will last a lifetime. But how do you do that? Well, here are some tips:

1) Start small. Make one change at a time, and make sure it's something you can commit to doing every day.

2) Make it fun! Find an exercise class or activity that you love so much that you can't wait to get back into it after work every day, and then stick with it until you've reached your goals.

3) Make sure your efforts are paying off! If they're not working for you in the way you want them to, try something else out—but don't give up!
