Weight Loss Hack 10# Getting back after a break or injury

 

A  break from physical activity for just a few months can result in a substantial reduction of muscle strength and mass — and it can take even longer to gain it back.

Whatever the resin for your break, you will more than likely see your weight creep up, fitness levels drop, your body will stiffen up, your physical and mental health will deteriorate.

So it’s important to pull yourself out of your workout rut or get some physio to get back into a routine as quickly as possible.

Also if you were in a good routine but haven’t exercised in a month or two, don’t expect to hop back into it right away like nothing has changed.

Instead, take it slow, remember the point is to fix the body, not break it.
