Weight Loss Hack #11 Get out walking

Social media is full of impressive people showing what weights they lift, insane workouts that look like they are developed by Cirque Du Soleil performers.

These workouts can be very extreme, how else are they going to grab your attention and get followers 🤷‍♂️

So it’s easy to think you need to push yourself every session, hit a new PB weekly and have a suck bucket handy during a workout 🏋️‍♀️

Well I’m here to say you don’t.

All you need to get walking everyday, it’s super effective at burning calories, it makes you feel better, you can drop some weight and look good without doing anything too crazy.

Fair enough, if you want to lift heavier or enjoy training in those manners mention above then . do so.

But for the majority of the population, it’s just about becoming more active and doing something within your capabilities.

Something you can do with the family or meet up with friends. It’s a low impact activity that improves your cardio, especially if you have some health issues that prevent you from pushing too hard

Get your health app open on your phone and it will track your calories, steps, distance and routes .

Another great thing about walking is you can multi task. You can Learn a new language , listen to a podcast, work on some self improvement courses while getting leaner and fitter at the same time.

Not an outdoorsy person, then jump on a treadmill, use one of the walking programs to and get some results walking 🚶‍♀️
