How you look and feel is an accumulation of your daily habits. If you aren’t happy with where you are then something needs to change.

Whatever your goals , regardless of what’s going on in your life, do the things that need done every day.

Stay away from actions that takes you further away from your goals.

Be consistent with actions that take you one step closer to your goals.

Life can be challenging and to make yourself feel better it’s easier to stop exercising and reach for the comfort foods.

It’s always tough to follow a healthy eating plan or keep exercising , it’s easy to turn to your vices when life gets hard.

Just remember, If you return to your old habits all your hard work will be undone. The more you stay on your path the quicker you will reach your goals.

I recommend building in some flexibility into your routine, allowing for the ups and downs of life. You have to enjoy yourself, have some fun along the way and deal with any stressful issues.

So please take responsibility for your own success, start to introducing small indulgences to look forward to, but don’t over do them.

Being 90% consistent with your diet and exercise leaves room for the ups/ downs without spiralling out of control.

Start with an all incremental changes, swap one new healthy habit with one bad habit each week. That way you can build momentum without overwhelming yourself.
