  • 2️⃣ Incline DB Chest Press
  • 3️⃣ Chest Supported Rows
  • 4️⃣ Seated Arnold Press
  • 5️⃣ Single DB Preacher Curl
  • 6️⃣ Seated Single DB Tricep Ext
  • 7️⃣ Decline Weighted Sit-ups

Extra fat burn

  • 10-20 mins cycle/walk/xtrainer
